Update from Aly

Hi friends! 

I know it has been a terribly long time. I hope you all are doing well. 

I have finished my first year of law school classes; I can't believe it! 

I have exams these next two weeks and an interview tomorrow for a summer internship. 

These past two weeks have been quite hectic as my mom found out that her arteries were very clogged. The right was completely blocked, and the left was 80% blocked. 

In the past week, she has had two procedures to place stents in her arteries. 

She feels SO much better, and I thank God that she had a check up notifying her of these issues. 

If you have a history of heart disease, please make sure to keep track of your heart health. 

My mom, sister, and I are now going to become more proactive with the American Heart Association. To learn more about your risks and how to maintain heart health, please check out their website: GoRed.
